Overview & Key Points

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") govern your use of the ad999 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support services provided under the ad999 brand. These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and ad999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using ad999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ad999 platform.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use an account on the ad999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your real name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and third-party services acting on behalf of a player are not eligible to register or hold an account on ad999.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ad999, nor an immediate family member of any of the foregoing. Employees and their close relatives are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from ad999 or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. If you have previously applied for self-exclusion and your exclusion period has not yet expired, you are not eligible to register a new account.

ad999 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during a player's use of the platform. Where verification checks are outstanding, ad999 may withhold withdrawals until the checks are satisfactorily completed. This process is in place to protect all players and to ensure the integrity of the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ad999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). ad999 does not accept deposits via international bank wire, credit card, or cryptocurrency under any circumstances.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ad999 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, however ad999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level deposit limits where responsible gaming concerns or fraud prevention measures require it.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the ad999 account. Third-party deposits — where the mobile wallet is registered under a different name to the player's account — are not permitted and may be reversed.
• ad999 is not responsible for delays in deposits caused by the mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider, please contact support immediately.
• Deposits made to the platform are final once credited to the player's balance. ad999 does not offer chargeback or reversal of deposits except where a clear technical error can be demonstrated and verified by the ad999 technical team.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players are encouraged to consolidate smaller balances before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. ad999 does not process withdrawals to a different mobile wallet or mobile number from that used for the deposit without prior verification and approval from the ad999 compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.
• ad999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a review where the transaction is flagged by ad999's fraud detection systems, where a player's identity or age has not been satisfactorily verified, or where ad999 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these T&C.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the ad999 platform in good faith and in accordance with these T&C at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the ad999 platform in a manner not consistent with natural human play.
• Exploiting a technical error, software glitch, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of such errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event on the ad999 platform, or sharing information about live games in progress in a manner that provides an unfair advantage to any party.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ad999 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities or to convert illegally obtained funds into platform credits.
• Registering more than one account on ad999, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy by acting as a nominee or proxy account holder.
• Providing fraudulent, false, or misleading information to ad999 at any point during the account registration process, KYC verification, bonus claims, or dispute resolution.

Where ad999 reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, ad999 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any bets, games, or transactions associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or winnings; and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ad999 platform, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game graphics, promotional materials, website design, software, text, images, and audiovisual elements, is the property of ad999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ad999 platform without the express prior written permission of ad999.

The ad999 brand name and logo are the exclusive identifiers of the ad999 platform. Any unauthorised use of the ad999 name, logo, or brand assets in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, promotional materials, or advertising — without the express written consent of ad999 is strictly prohibited.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ad999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these T&C, including the eligibility requirements, the single account policy, the fair use obligations, or the payment terms.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during the registration process or during KYC verification.
• ad999 is required to close the account by order of a competent court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
• The player requests account closure voluntarily, including as part of a self-exclusion application.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these T&C, ad999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonus funds, and winnings held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and not due to a breach of T&C), any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered mobile wallet after any outstanding KYC verification requirements are satisfied.

12Amendments to These Terms

ad999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where changes are made to these T&C, ad999 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing these T&C on a regular basis to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the ad999 platform following any amendment to these T&C constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where ad999 makes a material change to these T&C that significantly affects players' rights or obligations, ad999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of such changes via the platform, by email, or by SMS to registered players. However, ad999 is not obligated to provide advance notice of minor amendments, clarifications, or corrections that do not materially affect players' rights.
